Well Grant is a massive nirvana fan, and Bleach is the first Nirvana album, it's not a song. Possibly the song you are thinking of is Blew which was on that album.

wow, that was good singing! it was like he was doing it for himself in his room alone at night without caring how it sounds; but it sounds gr8! loved those change in tone, the same goes for the "come back around" performance, i wish they did that more often
