this is nature and you shouldnt mess with it ... you should leave the horse as he is. plus this is a horse that live you dont have the right to take off his balls like that ... i dont know why you do it but im sure if you were in his place you wouldnt like it at all. thats my point ... this is sad
For those who are ignorant. This was a normal castration except for the skin removal. Some just make a larger incision for drainage. The only error was the pre-scrub should have been more involved. What do some people think happens in a surgery. Something is cut!!!

non-existent pre-surgical scrub, no lidocaine locally...this horse clearly had a physical response to both incisions and to touch.
