It's really hard, because it focuses on the sound and rhythm of these words, and a tranlation would be very hard to do. My humble attempt:

@isagoestojapan I believe it is indeed something that she made up, also the words are sort of "made-up", for example "zmądrychwstanie" is a word-play on the word "zmartwychwstanie" ("resurrection"), which literally means "rising from the dead (martwych)"; in the song, it's "rising from the smart ones (mądrych)".

Translating that is indeed quite a feat, something that @aidennwitz managed to do really well in my opinion. :-)
