@LIV3TH3M3TAL I think they are grounding his body. This is the principle behind Arc Welding as well. Steve is running electrical current through the tool hes using to brand the guy.

@deadoftarawa1 This is electrocautery branding. The price depends on a number of things. How large the brand is, the amount of detail in it, and prices vary from shop to shop, or even person to person. I would recommend researching the shops near you that do branding, and ask them what the price would be.
