@meezfan2 try using the back and frount of your mouth, somepeople find it easier and better at different places, once you can do it in one, then slowly try to do it in the other. it can take a lot of practice, so dont give up :)

@KheltonB123 swaying like that actually helps your music quality when you're playing alone. Sax players do it the most. You're trying to get your whole body to feel the music so you've got a less chance of losing beat or messing up.

yeah, when i first started playing OMG i was soo light headed but now I have been playing for 5 years and my head doesnt get light anymore, the flute takes up so much air its hard to do 4 bar frases, and you have to focus on breathing and on all of the keys, so well done this piece is soo hard, with how fast it goes.

As a former tuba player, I'm highly doubtful. More breath? Maybe comparable. But not harder, not in the context of a comment list of Flight of the Bumblebee. Have you seen the size of the keys? They go down like massive pistons. Waay too slow compared to what a flautist can do.

Answer: double tonguing.

Even after 10 years of experience and 5 years of practice with Double Tonguing I still never got the hang of it.

When you blow air over the mouthpiece to produce a sound, the normal way to produce a note is to touch the top of your tongue to the roof of your mouth (almost like you're saying 'too')

double tonguing is similar.. but try saying: "Duh-Kuh" the top and back touch the top to cut off the air twice!
