  • As a huge fan of both South Park and Babylon 5, this is awesome.

  • Could you add in Bester as Scott? He's a dick!

  • The G'Quan scene would have been funnier, yet G'Quan was a spiritual leader, not a deity.

  • OMFG Londo is perfect lmao

  • Please tell me that there is more of this. How did you manage to get the JMS involved with this project? Are you related? Will you have my baby?

  • @thatguywiththeegg Oh he wasn't a participant in the actual making of the piece. He did however love it enough to cart it around to conventions and show it off at his presentations (Or so I hear) ^_^

  • g'kar looks creepy

  • south park

  • Hold on a sec....where's Bester?

  • Where'd the Spoo commercial bit go?

  • @Messiah88 I wish we could of kept it on there, it really added to the whole piece! But, the creator of that portion wished it not be attached to the video anymore.

  • "Oh My G'Quan", that´s a good one :)

  • VALEN AND FRIENDS!!!! LMFAO!! really, i did... that was so cool

  • Heh...if you ever re do some of this, "Timmy" should definitely be Drall.....

  • uh...ok...

  • Oh my G'Kuan! They just killed Kosh! YOU BASTARDS!!

    LOL

  • @TheSecondEvolution G'Quan*

  • No, Vir, this is my cheesy spoo!

  • Cool parody

  • This may be old BUT it is so good!

  • eric mollari - brilliant :D

  • Wasn't there a couple of epsiodes made for this cartoon spoof series.. I remember hearing about this years ago before youtube was created. I remember hearing that there were a couple of epsiodes made for this spoof series.

  • @WarshipAngelus Those were made by Chris Russo, the originator of the Babylon Park website that this episode was based on.

  • cool XD

  • Is that Lyta and Talia on backing vocals at the end? :D

  • That is their likenesses, yep! :)

  • AFAIK it's JMS singing there ^^ Not sure about the babes.

  • OMG (Oh My G'Quan - of course), even Ambassador Kosh would have laughed at it! Excellent!

Now I know what would be my answer to Mr Morden's Question:

    - What do you want?

    - Babylon Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut

  • Nice But wasn't this also a collaboration with Nicholsfilm? Glad to see it on Youtube tho

  • Yes, NicholsFilm (a gorilla film club I was a part of, lead by Rodger Nichols) lent their voices for the majority of the piece and individually credited for their work.

The rest of the production was done independently by those listed in the credits.

  • I wonder if that is the same Rodger that John had introduced me to. IIRC, he was a doctor and we met to play a RPG. John had introduced me to Warhammer FRPG, I introduced him to Star Wars D6 from Mayfair, and I think we met with Rodger to play D&D. Ah, 1991-1993 Georgia was perhaps the best time in my life.

  • LMAO. I remember seeing this at a Babylon Convention a long time ago.

    Thanks for posting this.

  • THATS a funny crossover

  • huh, guess i missed it being aired, when was the special? wait....*chuckles at Valen and Friends*

  • Gosh I can't remember the exact date of it. It was almost a decade ago though! The special showcased our video and some stuff done by my friend John Hudgens. It was about how much the fandom had stirred over Babylon 5 and how popular it was.

  • @agobelle "How popular it was"?

I think you'll find that Babylon 5 is as popular today, perhaps even more so, than when it finished airing, 10 years ago

  • @gribae Really? Are you referring to fandom intensity or actual continued revenue?

  • I so remember this when this come out in 1998. I loved it then and watching it again (after how many years?) I still love it. Thanks for posting this, truly awesome. Chef is The Great Maker indeed.

  • LOL Oh lordy now I've seen it all.

  • Thanks! I remember desperately trying to find this when it was out! Glad I finally got to see it up on here.

  • This is superb! Excellent work and thanks for the smart in-jokes!

  • SWEET LOVE IT!!! ^_^

  • there is no charge for awesomeness, so I guess this is free, eh?>

  • Nah the first go around, all proceeds went to charity. ( Patricia Tallman was/is(?) supporting Penny Lane, which we gladly dontated our own sales too as well ) So this time it's free for all!

  • I JUST heard about this. Great stuff! Nice reference to Hardware Wars, too.

  • Much coolness. Rated five. Added to faves. Thanks for this.

  • You'll be proud to know that a friend has loaned us the Seaon1 Box Set of B5, and we're slowly making our way through it! Now I actually GET this clip!

  • Yay! Watch every season, it's a full-on story arc that goes all the way to the end!

  • Holy crap, i remember really wanting to get these on vhs or whatever it was but not having a job and being a 15 year old loser (only the age has changed)... Even before this was made I always thought the relationships between the characters in SP and B5 were semi parallel.. But then the same goes for the races in LOTR.. but did LOTR have cartman? i should read lovecraft

  • "Hang up the phone, you moron! Sweet!"

    Epic. :D

  • Hehe, I remember this too. It was at the peak of my B5 fandom. I had some low quality realplayer stuff of it, real memorable to watch it again. thanks.

  • I remember seeing this years ago when my buddy John Saye linked it to me. Were you a friend of John's? He said it was put together by friends of his and I think he knew them from GSU.

Memory is fuzzy after a decade, but I love this video still. :) Cheers!

  • We knew him while he was at GSU, yah but not from there as such. :) Most certainly, a friend.

  • That's awesome to meet a friend of a friend through nontraditional means. John was my first friend in Georgia, met at Dekalb College North. A year later I met Amanda at Georgia State University ('92) and she became my best friend. Finally got them to hook up in October '98 and attended their wedding in 2000. Damn good people! :)

  • Cool! My friends Melinda Brittingham (Ms. President) and Jerome Brittingham (Kosh) were in this movie spoof.

  • Hey you know them? Do I know yah too? :)

  • I have never seen this before but I have to say this was a stroke of genius! And the animation is not that bad, its quite watchable actually. Simply Excellent!

  • I love Babylon Park, I saw some pictures with the concept years ago. Fab

  • Will you be posting the other episodes? I bought them on video tape about a decade ago, but it got misplaced...

  • It's not within my legal power to post the other episodes. Those later ones belong to another group.

  • Wow do I remember this one! Tell me again, why you aren't living in a penthouse in Hollywood yet? I forgot how good this was...

  • I loved this when I saw it a few years ago in Atlanta. I love it , lol!

  • LOL Awesome! I like the song "Zero G-Spot" at the end.

  • Thanks! I had a blast writing that little diddy with my team. :)
