This isn't exactly sikhism as you and I know it...its Ravidasi. Their "Guru Ravidas" is considered a Bhagat in Sikhi. So this isn't Sikhism because Sikh's believe in the Sri Guru Granth Sahib as being the final Guru.

A follower of Guru Ravidass is a Ravidassia

and he had many disciples before sikhism started. Sikhs dont call our Prophet a Guru, but bhagat.

Also the lineage of many followers of Ravidassia is different to say sikhs. Ravidassias have now realised the power in having their own say on things and how Ravidassia is more of a help to marginalised communities in India than the failures of sikhism that is 300+ years old and still have not erradicated caste system.
