how did you setup the jacks? directly on the cribbing or was there a steel column holding it?

How can it cost to only lift a house?

I'm not sure what you are asking here but since I did all the work myself it cost less than $1000 dollars for all the materials and supplies it took to lift my house.

What size beams did you use to lift and how far did they span?

A local farmer had some 40 ft 8 in I beams. I used them on the outside of the house and 8 foot hardwood beams along the center beam in my basement.
