when you mounted your carb did you make sure the intake pipe was all the way in? I cant seem to fit the carb over the pipe and air can leak in those slots. what did you do? it looks like the holes are still there on yours too

well you gonna either need a smaller rear sprocket lets say 34t or lower, and alot of torque, or a shifting kit and lots of torque, you might wanna get expansion chamber and port try to salvage as much torque, and power as you possible can to utilize lower gears for top speed, but acceleration will be bad, unless you get a shifting kit. = )

Hell yeah! I've got the kit too man, and the front disc, i don't have the pull start though, and now the pull start option is looking like a good next mod.

If your having a problem with your chains breaking, than i recommend that you space the two front gears away from one another as much as possible, and get some "sram 830" chain because it's slightly narrower than the chain supplied with the SBP kit, has smaller pins coming off it so it's less likely to snag, and is equally strong.

To avoid the chain exploding problem space the 2 gears apare as much as possible, and use an sram 830 chain in place of the kit supplied chain. Also, you should use a wide range rear cassette if you want to go over 40, i have an 11-32 and achieved 45.5mph, with the engines rpm's redlining (however, i really don't recommend you go that fast lol).
