Again, the choreograph is very important. She put the highlight only in the middle part, forgetting that the introduction & ending must make the judges feel WOW! OMG!

The other thing is that such choreography is very similar to what Sharon Kihara does, it didn't bring too much surprise to me.

So it's a pity she didn't make it to first place because she has the strongest techniques.

I think she didn't win because she's from Taiwan. And they don't wanna transport a Taiwanese to wherever the first place winner is going as her prize. So they let a singaporean win. She should have won though!

Wow... Wen is really, really good. And yes, the style is very much that of Rachel Brice. In fact, I could have sworn a lot of it was taken from one of Rachel's vids shown here on youtube. But regardless, Wen does an absolutely amazing rendition. She is, by far, one of the best I've seen and definitely should have won this competition. Her moves are seamless and flawless.

Why didn't she win?? She has much better control and technique than the two that placed above her! I think she could maybe hold her own against Rachel Brice. There's a resemblance in the style. (ok, Rachel Brice is still WAY better but this girl could dance with her and not look like a fool doing it).

She is very good - great performance! Dance is an art form and beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think number 1 was excellent as well, I personally think this was a better performance than number 2, I guess the judges were after something more traditional.
