I had fish like that nibble on my feet like that one time. I was in the creek by my house with some friends and my cousin and we were trying to catch the fish (minnows or baby trout) and the only way to catch them was to get them to eat my feet. It tickled like hell and I couldn't keep still. So then we used cookie dough to catch em' and it worked. We kept them for about 6 months before our other fish ate em up.
