Here's a few answers:

1- They're definitely 35" tires not 20s, and yes they're made to be taken off road thats why they're called "MUD GRAPPLERS". That's also why they're off-road rating is very good.

2-Trucks have these things called windows that can protect the interior. Even if the exterior is covered in mud, you can still keep the inside clean.

Okay... Well regardless, you can still go off-road with 20" rims, people do it all the time.

Just because you go off-road doesn't mean that the inside of your car can't be leather and look good. You're not required to have non-expensive interior just because it might get dirty. I'm pretty sure that leather can be cleaned and if it gets a little mud or dirt on it, it's not like it is going to be ruined forever.
