I'm not one to judge, but Black men haven't been REAL MEN since the 60s. I was in the Court Room as a witness to the fact that the Officer (Overseer) who detained my friend trespassed on the property that he owned, and did not allow him to talk to his Supervisor upon request. The Officer also threatened my friend when he did not give him his name or any information which is your 5th Amendment right (remaining silent).
