I Don't know what Victor is dying from but it sounds to me like It's gone to his Head. Very shocking video, not only because he's in panick but also because he now goes beyond his prior limitations. Why does he keep on mentionning that he has been paid to make the video? I assume his prior employment in such a position paid well enough for him to save some money. It just doesn't make sense anymore. We could even easily recognize him now.

Victor has said in the past when he dies, we will find out who he is. I hope so, although I can imagine that given the weight of what he says he knows, he may be uncomfortable sharing that with us, even post death. He has hinted in the past he does not feel humanity at large is ready to make contact with the aliens.
I'd be very angry if this was hoaxed - this stuff is too important to hoax. We need a new perspective on things, a new beginning, and Victor seems to wish that as much as anyone.

Yes. He says that his "container" or "vessel" is due for expiration - he is inferring that he is terminally ill, and is shortly to die. The reference to the container or vessel comes from the past interviews he has done, where he says that the aliens have referred to our bodies as containers for the soul or spirit.

Even Robert Dean himself said it's going to be around 2016 in one of his recent Camelot Productions interviews, I think.

Abductees have an obvious source, though I can't necessarily believe all of them. I believe Victor is telling the truth that the end of the world will come soon. I wish he could have elaborated more on what the true translation of the messages meant, and what the criteria for those 'saved' are, for example.

Victor said that 2012 is not the correct date. He goes on to say that "Lets just say i would not plan a 20th aniversary of this document." He is referring to the Alien Interview Documentary. So that means something will allegedly happen in the time between 2012 and 2016, since he has already ruled out 2012 as an incorrect date and everything after 2016.
