It's not the best watch by far, on a number of maps, you can get the same effect only better as long as you watch for dropped weapons and know all of the ammo locations.

I disagree with that. Picking up a full 200 metal box only recharges your stock cloak halfway. If you were standing ON a spot where 200 metal spawns, your cloak would still run out quickly. (it drains in 10 seconds, and the metal boxes respawn about that often. Really we couldn't have done that without the C&D
