I don't like posterous, but then again I don't like any site/service where people publish the exact same thing to twitter/facebook/FF/whatever. I'm a big advocate of each being used for different ends. I don't post the same stuff to twitter that I do to facebook, that's just annoying and redundant. Therefore, in my opinion, posterous is annoying and redundant.
