how does the initial black clouding you started with dry so fast?, when i do this the black destroys the colours i add over it.

@conf0Rm1 On this painting new layers are applied onto dry underpainting that has been left a few days/ weeks. I sometimes speed drying by the use of certain mediums. Have a look at my Paisley live demo for tips and advice etc. Processes may be a little clearer there. Find it on my channel or search for 'Light Emerges, Tiree'
