  • NEVER EVER POUR HYDROGEN PEROXIDE ON AN OPEN WOUND!!! THIS MAN IS A MORON!!! IGNORE EVERYTHING HE SAID!!!

  • If you are going to give advice, please ensure it's absolutely, positively, correct. First you shouldn't use hydrogen peroxide this way. If you plan on handling something like this on your own, can't afford to go to the ER or doctor's office. Anyway, you really need to open this up, and not with a little needle, use a craft knife. Use pressure going from the furtherest point out, and working in. Don't squeeze. Once all is removed, lavage until you see no pus expressed. Not enough characters left

  • oooh that shit stings , hydrogen peroxide .

  • Quit lying you know you missed a shot of dope haha

  • Nope I don't need help on the subject bet over half of the people watching it doesn't either I'm just one of the weirdo's that looks up puss infection mrsa bite videos it's gun!

  • This is not a bug bite. It is an MRSA abscess.

Hydrogen peroxide is a terrible idea as it seriously damages tissue and will worsen the healing process and put you at risk of getting infected.

The treatment for this is to properly drain it and keep it draining. Given the lack of systemic symptoms and redness it is unlikely that adding antibiotics on top of draining would make any difference

  • Probably MRSA

  • You NEVER use hydrogen peroxide on an OPEN wound! You only use it when you are irrigating it with sterile H20 after. Hyd. Per. dehydrates cells..and continues to lyse these cells until flushed from the system. The reason your arm was so red was from inflammation to the healthy cells and the infected ones. You needed to use a heat compress then sterilize with alcohol, then lance it with a sterile needle. Let it drain with mild pressure then clean again with alcohol and cover with sterile gauze.

  • "You gotta be smart enough to know when its time to get the hell out, take it out of your hands and give it to someone else..." UH you passed that point. This is still and obviously was more infected. What concerned me the most wasnt the swelling but the evidence of infection in the vein leading from the bite. If the vein gets infected it can pass the infection directly to your heart (death). Also your body is working over time to battle this infection, which could leave your immune system weak.

  • enjoy your cigarette,lol.

  • @extremehunter1996 You could say it give you *puts on sunglasses* an empty feeling? YEAAAAAAAHHH (lil CSI Miami joke there for the few fans of his one liners)

  • thats not from a bug bite

its a fucking miss from a needle

listen to the way the junkie talks

  • @missvixson ...yep! I agree!!!

  • How to take care of flesh eating bacteria gnawing a hole into your body?

    GO TO A FUCKING DOCTOR!

  • Why would anyone wait 5 days until taking care of it? i almost lost my arm 12 hours after a cat bite. peroxide does not sterilize anything.

  • @extremehunter1996 thank u for explaining a story which no one cares about :)

  • ITS NOT A SPIDER BITE!!!! And NO its not a bug bite!! Its and abcess, and needs to be takeing care of by a dr!! Don't be stupid, got to the dr's!

  • I like the fact he was saying about sterilization, and he's smoking.

  • GO TO A DOC

  • what is with all these nonsense comments, of course you can drain an abscess yourself. what do you think a doctor will do other than clean the area and use a steralised scalpel to cut it open (just like the guy in the video). you should go to a doctor if you begin to feel ill or the abscess doesnt start reducing in size after a week or so.

  • ALWAYS go to the doctor for getting an abscess drained. it could become worse, and you could lose a lot of tissue.

  • @Nathansgirl1989 you could also die

  • @Nathansgirl1989 People don't understand how serious these things are. Staph caused me to lose my leg. A topical infection made it's way to my bone.

  • Geez dude. I hope you got to the exchange or something.

That stuff could kill you if you don't do it right, or make you lose an arm.

At some point you just have to swallow your pride and go to the doc.

  • I dont really need any instruction on these things. I just like watching shit like this, lol.

  • I agree...if you haven't yet, I would highly recommend getting to a doctor ASAP!

  • @mindy573 I truly agree. Get to the doctor. It needs cleaning with something like Hibiclens or Phisohex, some antiseptic on it like Bactroban. Also will require some antibiotics too. I have something going on now, not that bad, but mine was reall red, swelling, angry looking. Doctor has me on the proper antibiotic and it's getting well so much faster than without. This is all especially true if you are diabetic. Smoking retards healing of it also. Not trying to be a jerk, just a fact. RNMedic

  • Ah you forgot to show us the draining part which is what matter to see what color it is. (and the fun part!) It looks very infected now. Is it slightly warm to the touch?

But regardless right now is time to go to the doctor with a cyst as red as this. Also was that a cigarette in your hand? Not healthy dude, please go to a clinic or doctor. I hope it goes away and please let us know how you made out if you don't mind. Not judging just worried that a long weekend is coming up. Happy LD
