you are just starting out, you can tell because you saved your sprites in jpeg fromat, when you save you sprite, make sure you click "save as" and select either a png or bmp format next time, ok?

I do think you're looking at quantity over quality with 205, since he has SO MANY videos, it's likely what makes him so popular, but, in actuality, he's not the best out there.
