Hmmm...didn't the vast majority of Dems in Congress vote for that $500 billion? (yes, they did). As far as the health care bill, you really do not know what is in it, do you? There is nothing in it which would provide free handouts. The current bill is all about regulating the insurance companies so that they can no longer deny coverage to their paying customers based on things such as pre-existing conditions or rescind a policy after a life threatening condition develops.
