youtube uses a copyright bot, thats why I use club-mixes made by various DJ's. this bot googles through all comments and description, meaning if music names or audio fits the ID-fingerprint, youtube marks my VOD's giving me only 1 choice...... delete or acc ban!
That's interesting, I haven't heard of that bot before. How many videos does it search per minute? Because I still see tons of copyrighted material that should be removed.
eventually it finds them all, that ID-fingerprint finder is getting better every week. I have been warned 8 times so far. It searches Video/descriptions & audio. once you've been warned once, you come on the little grey list and it checks your acc regular and more thorough !

Damn that's ridiculous. I don't see why Youtubers should be banned for using that music in their videos. It's not like they are making a profit. If anything, they should be encouraged to use that type of music considering how many people ask "hey what song is that?" then become fans of the artist/band.
That's true, if credit is given and it's non-profit, it is by all means legal to put a video up with the music on it.
But if we know anything about Sony, it's that they're dumbass bullies. Remember they shut down a small business that imported PSPs? Remember, this was a time when the DS was outselling the PSP 8 to 1. It's a little closer now, but still, no other corporation on Earth would be that stupid.
