if you have enough budget I strongly suggest DVX100 or DVX102. NV-MD10000 has 3CCD however they are only 1/6" which doesn't perform well in low light condition. Another thing is this camera has a light body for the side, not really a big issue. It is not 100% manual. Some functions need to go through the menu which is time consuming and virtually impossible to do on the fly. Other then that this camera has good color reproduction and battery life.
