Sure you could lol, It took more than once to work up the courage, I heard rumors that somebody was hurt pretty bad by hitting the water wrong. It was a blast.

Yeah I wasn't stationed there but I went passing through, they closed down the 10 meter because some douche bag soldier (Yes I am a soldier too) ruptured his vagina or something back in 2005, came up coughing blood, the pool was out of tampons and the most logical answer was to close the high dive... follows in right in suite with the Army I know.
I am in Speicher right now the diving platforms here are sealed with dirt and brick.

I remember when they reopened the pool in '03.. And the guy got shot on the platform. Really smart idea there guys!

Where I lived at Al Taji you could see civilians through the walls everyday man.
