this song has nothing to do with the nine inch nails song. they're completely different. agent orange wrote this song and nine inch nails didn't cover it. also this is just part 2 of bite the hand that feeds part 1 has lyrics
@killtoastdaily considering trent was just a lad when this was preformed id sya you are a moron. Also considering that album came out in the 2000's you are still a moron.
Well, to be fair, technology and engineering has helped as well. Our boards were like tanks back then. Get yourself a full-size Powell fully-equipped with some cast-iron (or was it lead) GullWing trucks and you're talking about 15 pounds of gear, hahaha!!!!! Plus we were making it up as we went. These cats laid the foundation for kids today.
JW
PS: And yeah, it blows my mind how detailed and crazy some of the tricks are nowadays!!!
gullwings! oh man you take me way back thanks. remember the thin narrow fiberglass boards? I thought the fat boards were 'cheating' at first (by comparison it was/is) but so glad the boards evolved like that.
Yeah, those little fiberglass boards were cool because they fit easily in a locker or backpack but they were really hard to actually stand on (so damn tiny). My first board was a wooden Makaha (still pretty narrow by comparison). Then I entered the modern era (sort of) in 1985 with the Valterra King Cobra, hahahaha!!! I gotta find a picture on the 'net. You'll love it. Most kids were ridin' Variflex Kamikaze, though, since it was sold at Price Club (CostCo).
That isn't Brent Liles. It's James Levesque. I don't think Liles started playing bass with Agent Orange until sometime in 1988 when the "Living In TOTAL Darkness" re-recording sessions took place.
I used to have this video when I was a kid. I still have the poster hanging up on the wall of my old room at my parents house. If I remember correctly the video sucked pretty bad, even for the time.
Yeah - the quality and the editing was bad, but it had some good skating! Wasn't this the first ever street comp? Capitola Classic in SF? Tommy Guerrero won it I think?
Also on this video there was some footage of The Gonz (and Rocco!) street skating in SF. He was doing kickflips and ollied what was a huge gap at the time. I remember watching it and thinking "wow"!

0:46 - Does this guy like footplants or what? Kamikaze, skating real hard here, hehe. Any chance of this guy being Lester Kasai?
0:54 - How's that for a skateboarding outfit? This guy looks like he is going to perform with the Smiths or something, hehehe.
1:10 - Lance Mountain?
1:35 - This guy borrowed his little sister's shorts
2:10 - Early definition of "switch stance" :-)
2:15 - Everyone used to do those big "drops" back then, but today I wonder what's the point of that trick, hahaha...
