Had no car, so I jumped in for a ride in some dude's van. There were a few other blokes in the back smoking spliff! I kinda stood out a little since I'm not from UK ..... Considering I am Chinese (looks) that was never a problem at the hacienda. Rewind 20 years plz.

I was 18 in 1988 and i used to go to 'the hac' twice a week! for months on end...it was a superb place until the scroats and gangs got hold of it. I remember sharing spliffs with a big rasta guy who was in the passage next to the dj booth..then going to chill out in the gay traitor...it was a little strange thinking back...you could buy food in a little cafe type place near the main door...a tray of chips love?? ha ha ha.....great times.
