  • Hi AmoreeTAjii, I did several things to prepare.

    1. Crossfit and Kettlebell training!

    2. I also had a friend who let me drag her around on a gym floor. She held onto 35lbs plates and I grabbed her by the forearms. I incorporated this into a mock CPAT that I would put together and run through a couple times a week.

  • WHAT WAS THE BEST WAY YOU PREPARED FOR THIS ?

  • I believe you have to drag it. The higher you lift it up to your chest the less friction on the ground. There were some guys that only drug the dummy's toes. Check the CPATs website.

  • Do you have to drag it like that or can you pick it up?
