The duelist achievement is so easy

plus you cant trade achievements you need to acheive them if you didnt it wouldnt be called an achievement

Give 500k to a begger and you will get it pretty much staright away, but to sustain it, if you have been previously corrupted i would keep my property prices (if you own shops or rent houses) on 0 percent :)

Goodman, the only other way you can get a dog after choosing the egomaniac is buying the knothole island expansion pack. You open up a tomb door in town there and your dog comes out of it.
