It's a Miku song and the text is the lyrics with a picture of tamago kake gohan (a popular Japanese dish) in the background. There's nothing weird about it or raw eggs. That's just a western stigma. The song itself isn't that bad either, just a bit strange. I don't get all the dislikes.
