The diffrence is, that monae's song lets you put your own words into i, although the frist time i heard it i keep waiting for a voice and it was kinda of a teaser.

I'm thinking maybe because she isn't with that particular group anymore she didn't have rights to the song and that's why you can't find the lyrics anywhere. Its a great song.
