It is obvious because the ONLY people on Earth who don't do their homework before implementing anything is the Malaysia Govt. Just look at e-Kesihatan, e-Filing, e-Insurance, e-this, e-that. Zaka57ria,another thing, your tribe always talk of money-"she gets paid....". The world talks of job satisfaction and merits, not money, bribe & commissions. Inequality is 1 thing but not as bad as bringing up a worthless tribe and at the same time suppressing others who can do a better job. Just today (Friday),I witnessed a convoy of some 100+ motobikes leaving a mosque after prayers, jumping red lights (on-coming traffic had to stop) and not wearing helmets. That's uncivilise!
