@jarbon5 Robert Schuller had many teachings that went against God's Word. His idea of hell is not having self Esteem. This comes from his book (Schuller, Self-Esteem, pp. 14-15, 93).

His idea of sin doesn't even come close to the Biblical standards of sin:

'SIN IS ANY ACT OR THOUGHT THAT ROBS MYSELF OR ANOTHER HUMAN BEING OF HIS OR HER SELF-ESTEEM’” (Schuller, Self-Esteem, p. 14).

There are other things this man taught that keeps people from being saved. We live in the day of apostasy.

@TheKathleenBean Just went to a John Hagee 4 HR seminar in Sacramento. He spoke very strongly against this combination and Islam. He spoke 4 hrs on the Book of Revelation and the importance of all of us to Pray and to support Israel. Linda has a gift!! she uses it wisely.

Linda, Your best work to date IMO,,thanks for taking a firm stand and naming names! You know our brother in Christ, Jack Van Impe has left TBN because they would not air his program about Islam where he named names! So proud of you both!! Praise God. When I hear & see this happening I want to cry & yet scream at the same time!! These "lukewarm" Christians IMO are going to have to be purified during Tribulation, they cannot be taken in the Rapture! We must choose Christ & Him alone!!

Jesus said that He would tell the goats to depart. They will not be a part of the millenium and will have to wait for the Great White Throne Judgement for their day before God.

It's so important for unbelievers to put their faith in Jesus, for the time is short before His Shout to call us home.

It's so laughable, I can't take it seriously enough to critique it.

Any Christian caught up in this crazy fad has just exposed himself as someone who's vulnerable to the devil's tricks. He's just failed a very easy test - in so spectacular a way that, if he's a leader, he should lose all credibility among us, and never get it back. That's the price for being insanely stupid.

@carpentersdaughter2 I think it all stems from conceptualizing Jesus, rather than experiencing His Person. Some get to thinking: Jesus is Love. Jesus is Peace. And therefore ... yadda yadda. And soon they're miles away from the Christian starting point: Jesus is GOD! It's all about HIM! His Person, His Name, His Spirit. Stand strong on that point and don't go wandering off! There'll NEVER be peace in the world unless it's based on a squarely CHRISTOLOGICAL foundation. No compromises. So simple!

@MyFriendLeonard1 Satan has taken so much away and has given back poison in exchange. The answer to not being deceived is so simple, yet, no one takes the time to study God's Word. Yes, it is that simple, but yet so many believe that they could never understand the Bible, so they rely on teachers, and this is where it goes so wrong. If we have the Holy Spirit within us, then we are able to fully understand God's word as we study more and more.

It's so sad to see this happening, and yet again, God's Word has told us these things will happen. Apostasy is in full swing.
