Looks like if you try to pitch it when it's raining, you'll end up with a tent full of water though :(. Can the rainfly be arranged so that you're undercover while putting the poles into the inside?
@Habichtshorst Just trying to get an idea without having to buy the tent first, how exactly do you get inside the tent without water getting in, given the slope of the door? One of the few things I like about my Six Moon Designs Lunar Solo (which otherwise annoys me sorely and I'm looking for a replacement) is that the door is vertical and water doesn't fall in when you get in and out of the tent.
@badtux You can get inside the tent when it rains with the fly down, I rolled it up to better illustrate it in the video. Also I strongly believe that even if it is pouring down cats and dogs, just a little if any water would get inside when you pitch it =) Hope that helps!
@happyhiker08 It is an excellent tent I believe, and I find the design of it more pleasing than that of the Contrail, aesthetically (though I know that the Contrail is w tested workhorse!). Judy already has a link to the video on the site =)
looks like there would be more mosquitoes than air inside after done pitching, can you put the poles together before entering?

nice tent but I hate sleeping on the ground. I'm a hammock guy =)

Looks like a clever and light design. I's very nice where you are too.

I just got my tent and can't wait to use it. I'm Thru-Hiking the AT next year around mid April.

It was my second time setting up the tent, hence some of the small mistakes.
