@TheGhanaQueen This means your ratio is wrong! Depending which acrylic system you are using will depend on the ration. Quick answer your pearls are too wet, try draining both sides of the belly to the flags then pick up a medium size pearl of polymer.
your hand that sits on the napkin where u wiped ur brush can cause serious chemical burn to ur hand and dehydrate that part of ur skin so u might wanna not lay ur hand there
fabulous work!!!! i was wondering if you ever done uv gel nails b4? i did mine with the gel that i purchased from ebay, but now i have found out that the gel is not the soak off kind...it has to be buffed off....how can i find the soak off gels instead? could u do a tutorial on gel nails if you have the time? thank you!!
@gatitalaura clear tips won't work, they will stick and so if you were using them as the dual forms that stay on top of the acrylic that might work, but if you wanted to remove them, they wouldn't come off...the forms are made to slip off...non stick almost...but they do make a flexible form that is made to stay on.
@jbr73 The form is just used to cut down on time. I have other videos where I have done full sculptures but this is a way to create a look in half the time. Also you have less filing and such with this. Hope this answers your question.
@goodgirlvicky The pink overlay is not a opaque pink...it's a translucent pink. It simply enhances the pink part of the nail while leaving the white tip a white color. Why it is call pink powder is a little confusing and I had issues at first finding a pink that was translucent enough for this. Hope it helps.
@Ev1LaNgEl2010 Yes, dual forms are easier and cut down on time, but you must take care to apply light pressure for atleast 15 seconds. This will take out any bubbles. Bubbles would be caused by not leaving pressure long enough. Also, you will be able to get out any bubble with your brush when putting the acrylic into the form before setting it on the nail. They take practice so play with a few forms first. Hope this helps. Thanks for your comment!!
I don't get why you need forms

@TheGhanaQueen you're using too much of the liquid. always check the powder on your brush and make sure it isn't too wet , but isnt too dry as well.

You are so right about your work area. I do the same where I prep, and sometimes even fold my towel in half then place a paper towel over that...
