Look up "The Law" by Bastiat and Republic vs Democracy in my playlists. Our socialist, national education leaves us ignorant and uniformed as to the great experiment in Liberty called America.

We need a Judicial Department to operate according to Article III! Executive constituted Tribunals are good for many things but people should be fairly warned of their commercial nature. I agree with you that making these "arguments" in front of said courts will be "frivolous", the judge must rule only on what is presented.

Yes indeed...judges DO tell jurors what the law is. But the jury has the RIGHT to judge both law and fact but "they won't be told this." DOn't believe me? THese words are ON the US District COurt websites under jury instructions. Yep...DECEPTION at is best.

Can't you imagine that there were several crackpot alerts prior to Rosa Park's win at sitting in the front of the bus? As short as a few decades ago, many black's attempted--before Rosa--to sit on the front of the bus. And what did the judges and lawyers tell blacks? "Our laws say you are inferior! Our cops by the law beat the heck out of you...its ok...because the judges tell them so."

There have been no judges or article III courts since the Judiciary act in the 1790's... they are all magistrates.... sad, but true
