  • nasty ass hair

  • I wonder how many people would've recognised JJ Abrams back when this was released?

  • Wow it is so new that it was released in 2003 and this video was uploaded in 2008.

    So new.

    Not.

But I did like Panther at the time

  • That long hair makes me think he's hiding a bomb in there.

  • I hope that Apple didn't pay this terrorist.

  • Is that Billy Mays?

  • 2:57 Kick Ass

  • 5 stars for epic wave @ 4:35

  • lol a 2:58

    KICKASS!

  • XD!!!!

  • i know!!!!

  • 0:33 = awesome

  • ya it does! go to system setttings and it will

  • Have you noticed that none of the customers were business users? i.e. Office Workers?

I wonder why - maybe apple should develop a business oriented mac OS?

  • You do know this is old as shit.

  • business buy online .... why don't u go to the Microsoft store and look for all the business people .... o wait ... THERE IS NO MICROSOFT STORE !

  • Ok i agree with you my point was not valid.

  • hey hey hey... its called mac OSx SERVER

  • leopard does have fast user switching, same as panther

  • The should have put one of the great features as being the removal of Internet Explorer

  • "Kickass" LOL

  • I want him to choke on his hair gel while I use his popped collar to cut his head off. Just saying.

  • It is bad acting, but the features shown in this vid made me switch to a Mac.

  • Panther had 2 great features: Speed, I mean it was very fast. I still like it. And its search feature, which was more complete than Spotlight. Too bad not many modern apps are running on it now. But still it was the best.

  • bad acting. LOL. I still love macs though :)

  • SHt he has a spiderweb on his head!

  • And AH SH!T.... It's F#%$in Brian Transeau!

  • "Omar" has never used a computer, let alone a Mac.

  • I NEED SOMEONE TO TALK TO

i need someone smart to keep me entertained pv

  • do you get all the features when you install it on xp

  • what do you mean? I does not work on xp it's a totally different OS.

  • bahahaha shocking acting... understatement of the year! lol but i love macs im on one right now and i love apple! yay! go apple!

  • I have a powermac G$ single 1.25 processor that im running Leopard on it and im thinking of putting Panther on this machine... why? well dont get me wrong i love it but its kinda slow... i am going to be upgrading the processor to a dual one and a new graphics card for faster image randering but untill then ill just have panther on this bad boy once i get the new stuff then ill put Leopard back...

  • put tiger so you can still run the modern apps

  • my ibook g4 1ghz and a gig of ram is arriving 2marrow i can't wait! it has panther on it. it looks like a real good os.

  • my mac is pro 4tb and 32 gb ram intel xeon 3ghz

  • what? a server??

  • no the new mac view in the apple page

  • hey guys, im going to install panther on my grandads original imac. pretty well specced imac actually. 700mhz g3, 768 ram, 60 gb hdd. now do you think panther will be best or do you think it is worth investing in tiger? i would have to get that in cd form, but would it perform ok on this hardware? reply if you know. thanks

  • I'm currently installing a copy of 10.3.9 on my G4 Powermac 733mhz Quicksilver. I'm sure it's going to be pretty fast.

  • yeap, this is the video that convinced me to switch to a mac. i don't regret this, never will!

  • I use 10.4.11

  • I can't believe I'm still using 10.3.9.

  • lol, im about to install 10.3.9 on my imac g3 i just bought

  • I'm pretty happy with it. My only real prob with the os is that newer software expects 10.4, so some of the latest versions of progs can't be run. Otherwise, it's a good os :)

  • what are the specs of your machine?

  • ibook G4, 800mHz, 640mbytes of ram, 80gbyte hd. it's about 3 years old now. trusty little laptop :)

  • why dont you upgrade to tiger?

  • I probably should do that, but right now I'm saving for a new imac and any extra cash I can put away is going toward a new machine.

  • So am i! iMac g3 with 400 mhz procceser and 640 mb ram and i cant tell the difference over my pc, 2.8 ghz processer and 2 gb of ram

  • Awesome JJ Abrams
