i'm 6'1 and i drove my boys GSR and didnt even have to put the seat all the way back.. it's more comfortable to sit close in that car... mind you it is hard to get in and out cause it's so low and the seat bolsters stick out so far.... gotta love them recaro's lol

no it doesn't. it means that it's a semi-automatic transmission with separate clutches for odd and even gears. the outer clutch drives the odd numbered gears, while the inner one drives the even gears so the engine can change gears faster without loosing torque. really cool actually!

Like it or not, the stock Evo X MR (with the SST / paddle shift), is quicker than the stock GSR (w. the 5-speed manual). The new Nissan GTR uses the same type of twin-clutch paddle shift setup and that car will destroy about anything on the road.

not really, the aluminium alloys made today are stronger and more durable than iron and its safe to assume mitsubishi would have used a strong aluminium alloy while making the car's hood lighter, lowering the centre of gravity

this new gen car is an amazing example of the next generation of cars. the GT-R is another and best yet example. they used technology, not brute force to achieve much better handling and speed then previous cars. they can be heavier (which helps with high speed stability) and still be more agile and run faster.

I went to see the Evolution at the Toronto International Auto Show over the weekend and just earlier today I was at the local Mitsubishi dealer ship and I had the chance to sit in it and get a good look at it. I'm actually very impressed. I think it's a very nice car and straight to the point. Though I prefer the GSR model to the MR models just because I love the classic standard transmission. To be honest I'm really happy to hear the Evolution and the GTR are coming to Canada. We needed it...

Maybe r8 is good looking supercar but if we talk about performance nothing is better than evo for such price
