If you're talking about the hand, then yes because St. Anger came out after Garage Inc, but whatever. This intro is still pretty badass. I like how they all fall into the Death Magnetic coffin! It's awesome.

Yes, the Load cover is Semen and blood
the Re-load cover is Bovine (cow) blood and urine.
