@xeoan35 if you ask me in offense the most important thing is connecting more kicks at once and taunting,meaning never make extra moves,and always mix kicks stomac-head,stomac-head,make opponent think you'll do first thing than do some other thing,confuse your opponent,use cut kicks(puch kicks) to keep distance and weaken opponents balance.and most importantly hold blocks as much as you can during attacking.that's just my personal opinion.

@xeoan35 Hello there i too am a practioneer of taekwondo and have also come across this problem when i first started the way around it is too mix both styles to together but more importantly you must go to the head as the fights are now carried out on ebp (electronic body pads) this makes it very hard to score on the body and i have found that kicking to the head is so much easier and works for you in many different ways

@gam3over18 wall kicks to get control of your kicks and to increase the speed and accuracy, stretch for flexibility, and don't practice every kick instead stick to the most practical ones such as swing (roundhouse), side, back, front, axe, and hook (wheel) kicks and just keep practicing them daily forget about notabonds srry if I spell it incorrectly or cut kicks those are only for point sparring. Ive been doing traditonal TKD for over 10 years and i can say that TKD will help in the street

@gam3over18 Hard work and dedication. Darkhalows has got a real feel for the art, it takes a lot of quality practice hours to do that. It's the same for any martial art or any art at all. There's not much of a quick fix and hints and tips will only get you so far. You need to perfect your own technique rather than browsing the internet looking for a taekwondo for dummies tutorial

Tae Kwon do Mastres tell their students to keep their hands down. This just sets up their students to get KOed. Old school TKD hands were up and kicks werent that much slower. In act, fighters used a bigger variety fo kicks. Now it's a roundhouse or fast kick art.

a spinning heal kick is the counter to a round house kick. It funny because in all these you can see they are preppy for it...the ones getting knocked out are walking into it. The couple round house kicks to the face the front snap kick and especially the axe kick knock out were very impressive. I believe that is the only time I have ever seen someone knocked out by that strike. Its all funny though because most of the spinning heal kick knocks were luck. They didn't have head around to see
