I can't translate it, but I know what it means. It says that in 1980 Gudrun and Beate were part of Neubauten, and a short time later they founded Mania D.

My German is not perfect, but here's a rough translation:

Einstürzende Neubauten are a German experimental band. The Berlin band was founded in 1980 by Blixa Bargeld, N.U. Unruh (born Andrew Chudy), Gudrun Gut and Beate Bartel; Beate Bartel founded(joined?) the band Mania D not long afterwards.

The lineup fluctuated in the beginning and by 1981 had settled as Bargeld, Unruh, FM Einheit and Marc Chung (who, along with Einheit, had left the Hamburger band Abwärts to join EN), as well as Alexander Hacke, an underground star from Berlin.

Derb! Den Clip hab' ich damals bei Formel Eins gesehen und fand' das damals einfach nur krank.

I used this clip on the Liebeslieder VHS when my theatre teacher in college had me teach the class for a day during our Dada unit. Very vindicating when everybody said this wasn't worth listening to.
