  • wow, that is probably the most attractive woman i have ever laid eyes on O.O

  • @flexamuscle flexa, here is a common sense apporach to the bodybuilding diet. 1) cut out all junk food and alchohol (even a drink or two at dinner) and cigs if you smoke em. 2) Eat only non procesed foods with as little sauces or cheeses added to them, the occasional spic is okay as long as its not salt or pepper. 3 everyone wants cuts but what they seldom factor in is that cuts are not obtained from wracking yourself out on the eliptical, they are obtained by building muscle mass.

  • Oh I like what I see!!!!!!!!!

  • Man, if I can bencpress the same as her, maybe I'm effing strong cause I feel small compared to that :)

Or maybe shes a bit short with half my fat percent.

Or maybe I'm just a weightlifter anorectic, seeing myself skinny without muscle :D

  • YEAAAAAAAA!

  • This woman has made tremendous progress. Two years and she has completely reshaped her body. I would love to see what these trash talking, low blow artists look like. Get a fucking life and try hitting the gym yourself.

  • thats a hard worker right there

  • How come every time, someone is successful in there results , there automatically accused of using steroids. I think the people who say this are obviously mad at themselves and cant handle the fact that they still look the same.

  • amazing

  • omg this is amazing

  • wow your strong!!!

  • To flexamuscle: one last point... I could tell you exactly WHAT to eat and WHEN. But that's the easy part, because it's not hard to figure out a solid meal plan for low bodyfat. The hard part is Sticking To The Diet And Refusing To Cheat And Make 100 Exceptions Every Week When Situations Come Up That Make You Want To Eat Other Things. Buy Tom Venuto's book, he's a pro at this. Maybe one day I will also write a short "methods to get like me" manual. lol that's the easy part. The DOING is tougher

  • @mydogjesus Dog, as soon as you say, " dump the mocha lattes and the Panera bread grilled cheese sandwhich" 90 percent of everyone will run away,

  • @blackshogun77 ....EXACTLY !!!

You don't know how many times people have said to me, "so tell me what to eat to get cut like you." and I "start" to say..."well, you have to eat 100% clean, for example..." and then they stop me and say, "My diet is good." as if to protect their own ego or something. Then when I ask what they ate today, it's a JOKE. Trust me- your diet is NOT GOOD. It BLOWS. The way I know that is because eating clean requires serious sacrifice & daily effort.

  • @mydogjesus Nice job

  • Now here's where it gets a little bit annoying, because everyone wants to be Spoon Fed the entire program- people ask me these same questions repeatedly every day on the street and i can tell from their faces that they will never do ANY of what I spend my time explaining to them. does it ever occur to anyone to put forth the time & effort to study nutrition THEMSELVES and set up a decent diet? it's no harder than the time you spend watching TV every night. No offense, but think about it.

  • @mydogjesus I agree with telling people how to diet. I lost alot of weight and firmed up doing something simple, I got rid of the processed food. I never drank or did smoking. I dont use cooking oil or butter. I dont drink coffee. I eat whole foods as un processed as possible, and lotsa veggies. When I say this to people, as soon as I say "no coffee" or "dump the SUBWAY sandwhiches or Panera Bread products" they say , " oh well, forget that" and they stump away and hate me.

  • How long did it take you to go from the beginning comparison shot to the 2009 shot?

  • It took 2 years of total dedication to training daily with weights and MOST IMPORTANT- Diet, Diet, Diet. All the curves and cuts are made in the kitchen. Now that I have completed 2 years of this discipline, I can say for absolute sure that I would have probably given up if I knew how much heart and effort it was going to take on day one. Most women wouldn't make it past month number 3 of what i had to do. (I'm not trying to be negative, but it's true)

  • Beautiful strong body on this lady. Keep it up T.

  • damn, how much is that when your doing the recline bench press? very impressive congrats on your transformation!

  • I can do it 8 times and it's 165... that particular smith machine has a bar weight of 15 pounds. Then add 2 45's, 2 25's, and 2 5's for a total of 165. I recently 'free' benched 165 on the flat bench for a set of 4, but i don't know my max on either one.

  • Excellent. What type of protein shakes do you make? I just recently switched to optimum nutrition Pro-ISL, got any recommendations? I kinda feel like I've stopped progressing personally not sure why, I haven't changed anything or fell off the wagon or anything. I currently do my exercises 3 times week and jog 3 times a week for a total of 6, and each week my exercises switch to try and keep my body going with that shock factor, as well as small meals throughout the day.

  • when I suddenly stop moving up in weight on an excercise... I generally do one of 2 things- pick a different compound exercise- if I was doing heavy rowing I switch to weighted pullups for a while, if i was barbell benching i switch to dumbell benching for a couple of months. if i keep the same exercise I drop the weight slightly and try to do more reps. but I squeeze out an extra 1 or 2 barrier breaking reps. if it's 185 for 6 and 155 for 10, I try to FORCE 11 or 12. That breaks me through.

  • Excellent!!! 5 Stars
