  • its a type of eegrit

  • Wait thats a bird O.o

  • I remember being freaked out the first night I heard those birds. Scared the bejeebies outta me!

  • @ritaribas Actualy they are a very graceful, beautiful and harmeless creature, all you gotta do is just let them be, dont interfere with their life cicle and dont destroy their habitat, simple isnt it? All you got to do to save a species from extinction is dont interfere with them in any way. Nature is 99.9% perfect, but it failed a lot letting us evolve :)

  • @DR1ZERO and also with the cellphones :(

  • @ritaribas I mean they will not strike while on flight because if you mess with them while they're on the ground, speacily if they are on the nest, and get a taste of their beak you will not want to do it a second time. They have a lot o power on their beak, but they will do everything to avoid humans, actualy its a very gracefull animal and harmeless, and its a CRIME punished by law to kill or harm in any way these animals, not just but also, because its an endangered specie.

  • @ritaribas Azores is not a Portuguese island, Azores is an archipelago of nine islands, devided in three groups belonging to the Portuguese territory. And the big majority of the world population (74%) of these birds, named Cagarro, make their nest there. Cagarro (Calonectris diomedea borealis) is the most abundant water bird in Azores and also one of the oldest birds on earth. And they will avoid humans and may fly very close but will not strike if people are indangering their nests.

  • :D
