It seems woolworths has stopped selling squid tubes in the deli.... Quite annoying.

In saying that, it will proabably force me to buy squid from fish markets resulting in better quality squid.

cut inside of squid criss cross so it has a curling affect when cooked and use a plastic bag with plain flour to toss squid, then in hot oil in out 1 and a half minutes add salt and pepper, enjoy!

That squid look's very old, fresh squid should have a white look to it not brown which i suspect has been frozen for a long time given the colour, sort of remind's me of fish bait... good way to poison someone (salmonella)

Hi - I looked at your page for your video of squid or "Squidio" but I couldnt find it. I live 500k's from the coast and what you see here is possibly the best squid available to me. We have eaten about 20 kilo's of this squid and never had an illness as a result, I cant comment on your experience, but I know that this squid is tender and tasty. Thanks for watching!

A few days after I commented your vid I went out and had some delectable salt and pepper squid at a great Thai restaurant in Parramatta!

Lol had some good squids in a restaurant in Warren (of all places) there is lots of crap squid out there but not lots of great squid.

The mini asian restaurant area near Westfeilds has some great little eateries. I remember having a combination slat and pepper whitebait and salt and pepper squid dish that rated very highly!!! What was the thai restaurant, I might have to try it out.!
