@Bklynballerplaya haha! now its time to change it if your used to it lol! I tried his back and tricep one today, its gonna take me 2 months to get used to it too haha i could only lift 4kg with the dumpbells and 2 reps on pullups!
I tried this workout today. I stopped after the suicide set. I was so hard for me that I couldn't do anything else and went back home... however I'm going to try it again next week, but with a little extra attention to the weights.
Make NO mistake about it...this is a tough workout! I hit the gym 5-6 days a week and some days twice. I could not get through the whole workout! Also, and very unfortunately, I pulled a leg muscle (first time in my life!). I stretched and everything and I was on my last exercise of the last set! I got as far as the reverse lunges and then "pop!". Be sure to do a complete legs stretch and be safe.
Took me 2 months to get used to this routine. I absolutely love it now. Very action packed workout
