If your car got stolen, would you call Ford for help? AT&T is just the provider, who happens to sell phones. Apple is just the manufacturer who happen to have made it. It's truly your responsibility to safegaurd your possessions. Law Enforcement is there to help.

And actually, the reason why they can't tell you when someone logs on with your serial number is to protect you and the other person. Reason being, if you are told where that person is, or who it is, and you confront them, one of you could be hurt in the process. You could have just asked apple to remotely turn the phone off. They can track down the phone, have it turned off, and no one will be able to power it back on so its worthless. Sorry for your experience, but really...grow up.

Ok, I work for apple...and if we were to give EVERYONE who came in and bought an iphone and new one when it was stolen or "stolen" in some cases, we would be out of business. Take some responsibility for your actions. Why would you leave a phone sitting in a car and go inside...and not expect someone to steal it. You left it in the middle console in plain view. I understand if you tucked it in the glove box and someone searched your car for it. Learn some responsibility before blame others.
