  • i get situational stress from being interrupted when in my sacred space, to me my space is really important. and the flow within it. i have to heal myself many times it's draining. therefore my situation should change. but i dunno how to change it. so i'm constantly healing myself by having to find the stress frequency and fix it. it's exhausting! is there a way to be less sensitive or is that not good? confused.

  • The so called " Mark of the Beast " is actually caused by this detrimental frequency, the widows peak and wrist cutting are the marks of the beast, in actuality the number of the beast is the number 11, hence the receding of the two temples and the shape of a cut on the wrist.

    This stress, fear, and worry feeling is hyper tension as well, you need to stop thinking and moving, and relax, and bring yourself back down to a calming neutral, as we were when we were children.

  • Reiki helps a lot. You can also change diet (more raw food), include exercise, meditation, visualization...all that stuff I'm sure you're aware of already:) The Reiki for me does the most work....also Reishi mushrooms...holy basil is good too.

  • several people have commented on this now, those with hearing problems, who have to have the sound up high, may notice this.

    Mr1BlueSky is right - Pix's microphone really picks up those sibilances and pops. I think it is also the way she tries to stay oxygenated as she speaks with such force and intent - the air is moving quick through her, even through she sounds and is calm.

    What do we get Magenta for Solstice, what audio product? Is is an actual shield or an electronic product?

  • I don't know the setting in which she records, the first thing i would suggest, if its possible, for her to turn her head slightly away from the microphone at an angle when she is using P words.. 2nd, the microphone need not be so close to her moth.. 3rd.. the filter would certainly do the rest of the work.. in any event... we all know its the info that we listen for, not the quality of the recording.. still.. it may add to the experience not to have to listen to the pops

  • A lot of people who are in the process of ascending meditate, and they visualize ways to transmute stress into growth, so instead of being undealt with, to cause symptoms, it is released immediately. Breathing techiniques help even pregnant women lessen severe pain. These techniques are prevelant in most of the relaxation and meditative practices that facilitate ascenscion, so they are less likey to be stressed for that reason, but not IMMUNE to it.

  • as far as i know, people taking on ascension right now have the highest stress levels on the planet- meditation or no meditation...

  • I have hearing problems, so as I turn up the sound, I notice what you are talking about too, I thought it was just me, with my hearing issues hearing tones and bells and pops EVERYWHERE, but now I see what you mean.

    SoundForge or AdobeAuditon - I will look into it and see if we can take up a collection to buy it for her if it is expensive, or otherwise maybe we can just link her if it is free?

    Anything that makes Pix's messages more widely accepted and available sounds good to me.

  • Great exercise for soul purification, -plant a tree, cut 1 good branch and work on something that you would like to work on, make it in to what ever you want, but mend your soul with the work, so as the final product of your work is refined and created manifested to its most glory, heres the hard part, let it be a simbol of your purification of your body, mind and spirit, Then once you have finished it enflame it in fire then wash it with water then freeze it and finaly air dry it.

  • Great Vid, The stress frequency has a purpose and that purpose is to let you know when you need to re-live your deepest darkest times, not just re- live but re- visit observe and re- write any parts that make you feel ackward, stressfull or full of anxiety in to a more understanding view of that particular subject of your life,

    We need to work on the 4 parts of our bodies, also linking together the vegetative part of our bodies along with the material and animal part through meditation.

  • A lot of stress is simply worked related such as shortened time frames to complete tasks or unrealistic demands to achieve sales goals.

  • I believe that stress levels are increasing...even for the awake and aware. I meditated for 6 years when I studied Buddhism. But something is changing in the world right now. I work hard to PULL myself back within to cope only to be catapulted back to the stress. We are all FEELING more than ever before. Absorbing all that we come in contact with. we must wait this out and never give up no matter how stressful. The flesh and brain must change so the soul can peek through.

  • You have said it my friend, this is EXACTLY what is happening to me. I feel the slightest things now, that before I would never have noticed. And I totally agree we must not give up because we are changing and we must ALLOW this process to happen.

  • i transform my stress into love energy its not easy but i see it as it helps me to know when i'm not calm and let the bad energy stop flowing.

    at this moment we need to find a way to just think positive and then the lower frequentie dissapears fast.

  • See that's the problem, you cannot "just think positive", then you are diluting yourself. You cannot push away something that is still inside you by ignoring it, it will manifest in another way. You must embrace it, let it coarse through you, FEEL it for what it is, ask why it is there and seek the answer. THEN and only then will you be able to transmute it fully. And, yes meditation is A path, but it is not the ONLY path. Namaste!

  • Mellow wayshowers mediate, some are more Bhoddhi Dharma like, and are warriors, then you have your hybrid class of starseed child who is a ninja poetess - each kind of personality does indeed cope with stress in different ways. I like physically getting it out, moving as I meditate, but the sitting with a candle, calm kind is awesome too. Some use dreams as a place to work things out, deal with stress.

    Many paths to go by, but in the long run, there is still time to change the road you're on.

  • Yes, I have relieved a lot of stress through dreamtime, especially these past few weeks. But as the "toxins" are leaving my body I have come down with a virus and am working on healing myself through different types of meditation as well as rest. I am an indigo so by virtue I am a sensitive person and pick up on peoples energies easily, thus effecting me. So I need a lot of "me" time. I find the solfeggio frequencies work well as do binaural beats and simple reading of a good book.Or soft music.
