Hello recently I was invovled in an investigation although i was not the suspect i did not answer any questions. Is it okay to say I do not know anything or to not answer any questions period?Also ive done some research and i cant find the correct answer do you legally have to give your name date of birth address to the police?I know you legally have to give your license when driving a car but do you have to answer ur address date of birth etc. If these could be answered i would appreciate it
