Four cartridge cases were found in the shrubbery on the corner of 10th and Patton by three eyewitnesses. It was the unanimous and unequivocal testimony of expert witnesses before the Commission that these used cartridge cases were fired from the revolver in Oswald's possession to the exclusion of all other weapon.

LHO released the cylinder, ejected the spent cartridges, and tossed them into shrubbery after shooting Officer Tippit on Tenth Street. This was witnessed by Barbara Davis at approximately 1:12 p.m. She later shows detectives the location of the spent shells and identifies LHO in a police lineup.

LHO had several fresh .38 bullits on his person when frisked by DPD. There is no doubt that he murdered a police officer in fleeing the scene of the crime.

So if somebody shot the cop with a revolver (38 spl) and there were shells at the scene, it means he stopped to eject the shells (which takes 5-10 seconds) before he ran...so he could leave evidence. Does that make any sense? No.

But if he shot a .38 Auto, they would be ejected automatically. In which case it wasn't Oswald.

A lot more people should see this one, since it means the whole official story falls apart. Connolly always said that he heard a shot fired, turned and then got hit himself. That's what he told the Warren Commission and that's what the Zapruder film shows.
