No I would NOT want to be in a University with over half of the students are immagrents, haha they can teach and hand out degrees to people from india, africa,china , and they cant even speak english!!!! how do you expect for you to have a good education, pay 20,000 dollars for what somthing a person who grew up in a slum can learn. Canada is full of retards. And Regina is turnning into a refugee camp-us.

@lifeisadreamscape1 The UofR wouldn't accept you, given your poor English skills. A total Moron spells better, & uses correct English Grammar. If Regina's too Multicultural for you, then you're not suited to live in a city; don't even consider a move to Calgary, Vancouver, Montreal, Toronto, et al. You appear to be a "Hick". Many South Asian people speak very good English. Earning a degree is a challenge, & even more so when English is not ones Mother language.
