I don't consider this the funniest of Nandos ads, for me it was quite predictable. I only really laughed at the end when they played with the copyright sign, oh I mean Cell C's logo.

@Sadude13 Isn't it wonderful how we all have our own opinions?! They picked the guy 'cos he looks like that - it's a direct parody on Trevor's greasy, cheesy grinned look. The ad is a bit of fun, made to poke the finger at a silly cell c campaign which has been the butt of jokes for a while now. Do you work for cell c, or just not understand what a parody is?

Everyone was sick to death of the obnoxious, overexposed cell c ads (billboards and all). Nandos is simply acknowledging that and making fun of it. No need to take it too seriously... you'll give youself a hernia. Nando's tastes far better than cell c anyway.
