Yeah, I'm kind of a scripture song collector as well as composer. I've heard many different versions of certain texts put to music. I, of course, choose to sing the ones I like best and fit my style and range!

Yep, you're first! I'll be very surprised indeed if you can find the composer for this song on the internet. The friend who taught me this song told me it might have been composed by David Reinwald, but I haven't been able to confirm that yet.

You may well be correct. I came up additionally with the name Norman J. Clayton - 1953 -  wow there's a lot of stuff on the internet!
